- 1. The warranty period for the product is valid for the first 30 minutes from the moment of purchase, provided that there are no specifications in the product description. How to return the product - here
- 2. The possibility of a refund is provided only if it is not possible to replace the product with a similar one.
- 3. The buyer is responsible for impulsive purchases. Refund or replacement with a similar product under additional conditions is not possible. It is recommended to clarify all questions with the store's customer support before making a purchase.
- 4. If access to the account is possible through a computer that is designated as a workstation but is restricted or unavailable on other devices, browsers, or software for specific reasons, this circumstance is not considered a reason for a refund or replacement of the product. An exception may only be made if the product is intended exclusively for use on a specific device.
- 5. After purchasing the product, change its details (login/password/email, etc.) to avoid unauthorized access by third parties.
- 6. It is recommended to use and check the purchased product immediately, rather than postponing it, to ensure the possibility of receiving a warranty for a return or replacement in case of unsatisfactory product condition. This will help identify and address any issues with the product in a timely manner, ensuring your protection within the warranty terms.
- 7. After receiving the product, the buyer undertakes to keep the product with the ability for further use. It is important to note that the store does not provide storage services for the purchased product, and the responsibility for its preservation lies with the buyer.
- 8. The buyer undertakes not to create unnecessary flood/spam/information directed towards the store; otherwise, the store reserves the right to REFUSE service at the time of the inquiry and in the future, WITHOUT any compensation.
- 9. The warranty period for the product starts from the moment of receiving the product, even if the buyer did not possess the skills to use the product at the time of purchase.
- 10. The buyer will NOT be able to obtain a replacement/refund for accounts that have already been used and subsequently requested for replacement/refund of the product.
- 11. The buyer is prohibited from using accounts for which a refund has been made or a replacement has been issued.
- 12. Regardless of whether there is support available online or not, a request regarding an order must be made immediately upon the discovery of an issue; otherwise, you forfeit the warranty for the order.
